Mark D. Choudhari is a Director and Chief Strategy Officer at the Lotus Group. Mark has 16 years of global business experience and has worked with clients in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. He has assisted companies in multiple industries and government and advises senior management in the areas of strategy, market and competitive dynamics, private equity, product development, performance improvement, change management and technology assimilation. Prior to the Lotus Group, Mark was co-founder and director at the Machintel Corporation, USA and the Nathan Ark Software (P) Ltd. in India, was an expert consultant in system dynamics at the Arthur Andersen Business Consulting group, Chicago, and has led a research group at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He has several publications in strategy and finance and is a regular speaker at conferences and as a lecturer at academic institutions. He is an active participant in community service and has established trusts in the USA and India for education. Mark holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering, computer science and economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is currently also conducting research for his doctoral degree in strategic issues of project management.
