§ 15+ years Project Management experience dedicated to external and internal clients, (IT&C, Life Insurance, Oil & Gas, and FMCG).

§ Project Management Training, Coaching, and Mentoring.

§ Project and Project Portfolio Risk Management

§ Project Reviews and Audit; Project Rescue

§ Organizational / Business Change Management background

§ High-level capability in business processes definition/mapping, measurement, analysis, improvement, and control (Business Process Reengineering, SixSigma).

§ Merging project and risk management expertise with Lean and Six Sigma principles to deliver effective loss reduction initiatives in large, service based, corporate environments

§ A robust IT background, Business Requirements Analysis, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Models (waterfall, iterative, incremental, RUP), IT System Implementation Standards, Negotiating, Contracting, and Outsourcing.
